Shipping

1. Domestic Shipping (Malaysia): We are pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders within Malaysia.

 

2. International Shipping: We are currently handling international shipping on a request basis until further notice. If you have a specific item in mind that you would like to purchase, we invite you to contact us so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

 

3. Planning for Special Events/Occasions: If you are purchasing items for a special event or occasion such as a birthday, wedding gift, or corporate event, we advise you to plan ahead. Shipping times may vary, so considering the delivery time is essential.

4. Urgent Shipping Requests: In case you have an urgent matter and prefer a courier service other than the one we typically use (e.g., DHL or any other courier not utilized by us), please contact us via email or WhatsApp. Please be aware that selecting a preferred courier other than our standard choice may incur additional costs.

5. Custom Orders: Custom orders require additional time for production and shipping. You will receive an email notification providing an estimated shipping time for your custom order.

6. Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number. This allows you to track the progress of your shipment and confirm that it is on its way. You can easily monitor the status of your package during transit.

RETURN POLICY:

Returns

1. Returns within 10 days: You can return items within 10 days from the receipt of the item, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.

2. Defects in Manufacture: If you encounter any defects in materials and/or workmanship, you can return the item within 10 days from receipt for a replacement or a full refund. XzoticPens.com will bear the shipping charges for this return.

3. Damage in Shipping: In the unfortunate event that your item gets damaged during shipment, please contact us within 10 days from receipt with detailed information about the damaged item(s). Xzotic Pens will provide a refund or exchange for the damaged items.

4. Retaining postal receipt: We kindly request you to retain your postal receipt until your returned parcel safely reaches us. In case we fail to receive the returned package, we may need to see the postal receipt as proof.

5. Other Reasons: If you are entirely unsatisfied with the item for any reason, you can return it within 10 days from receipt in its original packaging and condition for a replacement or a full refund. Please note that this policy does not apply to custom-made items personalized to your specifications, especially those engraved with a name or logo. However, if we have engraved the name incorrectly or sent you the wrong item in error, Xzotic Pens takes full responsibility in such cases.
