To fast tack your search for "already-made" items, we suggest using the FILTER BY feature in the catalogue. Select ENGRAVABLE, this way you will have access to all items that we can engrave for you. If you would like engraving on a gloss finished writing instrument it will need to be ‘Custom-made’. This is because we do the engraving during the crafting process . You are able to choose a font and positioning of the engraving. Once your order is placed, you will be contacted regarding your preferences and/or further requests.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY WRITING INSTRUMENT?Natural wood pens and pencils can be nourished with furniture polish or wood care products. Natural finish items have one coat of Beeswax and Orange Oil combination already layered during the crafting process, however a little more nourishment over time will keep the wood healthy. Acrylic and gloss finish pens/pencils can be kept clean by wiping it with a damp cloth. Another important note is to make sure that when filling/replacing refills that you disassemble your instrument in the correct manner. Check out our tutorials if you are unsure: https://www.xzoticpens.com/resources-refills Fountain pen sections, feeders and nibs can be removed and washed in warm, soapy water. This will need to be done if the pen has been standing for a while and the ink dries up. Watch This Video for more info: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yF9IRI5WxXg It’s understandable that wood is not metal, so if it is dropped or mishandled damage may occur. If you take care of your instrument, and it will take care of you.
