​How Do I Place An Order?
At Xzotic Pens we aim for uniqueness, so the pen you see is the pen you get, unless you order a custom made pen which is addressed below. Simply click on the pen you desire which will give you an option to 'ADD TO CART'. When you have added your pen/pens to your Cart after clicking the 'ADD TO CART' Button, you will be forwarded to your 'Cart' where a summary of your pens will appear. Simply click on 'SEND ORDER' which will take you to a Checkout Screen that will show the quantity and total price of your order(excluding shipping) see below under 'Payment and Shipping'.

Can I Order a Custom Made Pen?

We are able to provide custom-made pens (depending on availability of stock) according to your specifications. Simply contact us via email or Mobile and provide the details of your request.

We are able to do laser engraving on your pen, however this can only be done on custom-made pens. Any pen ordered from our collection will not be able to be engraved as it is a finished product. An additional Rm20 (Twenty Malaysian Ringgit) is charged for custom made pens and a further Rm30 (Thirty Malaysian Ringgit) is charged for any name engraving.

Payment and Shipping
The price reflected at 'Checkout' does not include shipping if shipping is needed. Once we have received your order we will contact you to arrange shipping and payment. When you enter your information, the Shipping section will automatically show 'Free Shipping' in order to continue with your order submission.
​Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Payments can be made through our PayPal account at xzoticpens@gmail.com or directly to our Malaysian bank account. Once the total amount has been received including shipping costs (and proof of payment received), we will send you your package or arrange collection or delivery.

Returns & Refunds
Every effort has been taken to provide you with a quality product. If however you have any complications with your pen, please free to contact us. Depending on the circumstances around the issue, we will either repair or replace your pen free of charge.
